TCS are large enough to have sufficient vehicles, team members and resources to handle larger commercial premises, yet we are small enough to offer personal service and value for money.

We will initially attend any commercial premises and offer a no obligation written assessment, method statement and quotation for any work. We would undertake a full risk assessment. TCS work with an external health and safety consultant to ensure further safe practice.

Since 1999 we have cleared multiple hotels, commercial garages, retail properties, office premises, schools, banks, farms and a particularly challenging laundrette which had been rebuilt around  huge water tanks which needed to be removed! We have also cleared a marine aquarium.

We have been proud to work with several sectors of the NHS, and voluntarily delivered items to the vaccination centre during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Again, we will consider clearing any commercial property.

Although TCS clear mostly residential properties, many of our team love this type work!
